1. What this app is
FixedFloat is a private daily journal app for iOS that stores entries on the device and offers an optional Cloud AI helper for refining short text. The app does not provide financial advice, trade execution, market data, exchange listings, or anything related to cryptocurrencies. The name is a literal reference to fixed-vs-floating personal goals.
2. Your use of the app
You agree to use the app only for lawful personal note-taking. Do not use the Cloud AI helper to generate content that is illegal, abusive, infringing, or that violates the underlying model provider's terms.
3. Cloud AI
When you enable Cloud AI, the text of the specific field you choose to refine is forwarded to an LLM provider via our backend and discarded after the response is returned. The response is generated by a third-party model and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing it before saving.
4. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of the Cloud AI helper.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SteadyPlan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always at this URL.
